For too long we have been told to "man up" - in our jobs, amongst our friends and with our emotions.
It is time to explore and redefine what it means to be a man.
Come together to connect deeper to yourself and to the collective brotherhood.
Where we honour all parts of ourselves, our experiences, our hearts and each other.
Welcome to the way of the Modern Masculine.
We gather in sacred circle; offering our presence, our love, our understanding, our compassion and our energy.
For this April edition, we are switching things up, as we gather on a Wednesday.
We will set the container, take part in a cacao ceremony to help open the heart and set intentions, and then undertake a 30-minute somatic breathwork journey to connect deeper to self, to the space, the one another, and to Spirit. This will be followed by a sharing circle to speak our Truths and be witnessed in it as we are all sacred mirrors for one another.
