Making Healthier Choices is a practical, hands-on cookery workshop designed to help people feel more confident about everyday food decisions without dieting, restriction or food rules.
Grounded in the principles of the modern diet, this session focuses on how we cook, as much as, what we cook. Participants will explore simple cooking methods, ingredient choices and flavour-building techniques that support health while keeping food enjoyable, affordable and culturally adaptable.
