Cookbook author, TV Chef and presenter Shivia Ramoutar was born in Trinidad, and has made it her culinary mission to twist classic Caribbean dishes and ingredients from her childhood into her own vibrant, fresh and simple recipes.
Join Shivi for an intimate supper club celebrating the flavours, colours, and creativity of the modern Caribbean pantry.
Known for her vibrant, ingredient-forward approach, Shivi will reimagine traditional island staples with playful twists—bringing together comfort, nostalgia, and bold innovation.
Whether you’re a fan of Shivi’s cookbooks, inspired by her television appearances, or simply eager to explore Caribbean cooking in a fresh and exciting way, this supper club promises an unforgettable night of food, conversation, and vibrant island spirit.
