Cauliflower-Apple Vichyssoise with Crispy Shallot Garnish- the easiest “cream” soup ever with the sweet flavour of new crop apples
Maple Brined Turkey Breast with Sausage Stuffing- It’s easier than you think, slices like a dream Build a Better Gravy- make your best gravy ever, days ahead
“Out of the Bird” Sweet Onion and Herb “Stuffing”- crispy on the edges, moist and fragrant, with fresh herbs and brioche bread
Garlicky Sweet Potatoes with Gorgonzola Cream- some might say yams, but much more sophisticated
Potato Purée with Crispy Bacon- had you at bacon?
Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts- a tangy glaze finishes the dish
Pumpkin Pound Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce- you can still have pie!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
