HANDS ON EVENT. Please note that you will take your dessert home, that can be frozen and served later!

Tender Vanilla Spongecake filled with Pumpkin Cream & Salted Caramel Covered with a Spiced Swiss Meringue Butterceam & decorated with hand-piped buttercream flowers.
Learn a brand new dessert that is sure to impress your guests! Delicious tasting and beautifully presented with intrigate hand pipped decors!
Chef will demosntrate how to make the spongecake, filling and buttercream.
Students will fill & decorate pre-made spongecake to take home for the holiday (the dessert can be frozen for later serving). And students will create a Fall Floral arrangement using Italian Meringue Buttercream & Wafer Paper Leaves.
A charcuterie and cheese plate will be served during the class.
PLEASE BRING A STURDY CONTAINER, BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR DESSERT SAFELY HOME!!! The roll will be 7” long x 3” wide.
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
