Want to release your inner wild woman!? Come out and get your body moving in this unique class that combines liberating movements, expressive dance and relaxing yoga inspired stretches to let go, explore and play with your inner Goddess.Jazz, your instructor has more than 20 years experience in dance, fitness and is a certified yoga teacher. She created this class to fuse together her passions to get her community moving but in an intentional and freeing way. Think of it as a playful dance meditation where you get to let loose, try new things, get out of your comfort zone and then relish in a yummy relaxation. And all of this in a special atmosphere amplified by cozy lighting and exciting world-fusion-tribal inspired music.
SCHEDULE and IMPORTANT INFO:
7:30pm to 8:30pm at the Russell Arena, Frank Kinnaird hall (2nd floor).
Thursdays from January 30th to April 3rd
*No class on February 13th and March 13th

What you will need for class:
- comfy clothes to move in (you are so welcome to dress up and channel your playful inner fairy! Get out those flowy boho pants 😉)
- bottle of water and yoga mat
- shoes are optional as we encourage connection to the ground with our bare feet (please wear shoes if you feel you need support - you know your body)
