Join us for a low impact 30-minute work out inspired by Belly dance!This class combines belly dance moves, cardio and muscle strengthening to create a fun and unique fitness experience!
Jazz, you instructor has more than 20 years experience dance and fitness and one of her passions is belly dancing! She loves getting her community moving to stay healthy and happy. Why not sprinkle a little bit of shimmy in your work out! Come discover the enchanting music of the Middle East and get lost in your work out!
SCHEDULE and IMPORTANT INFO:
5pm to 5:30pm at the Russell Arena, Frank Kinnaird hall (2nd floor).
Thursdays from January 30th to April 3rd
*No class on February 13th and March 13th
Classes are offered by the Township of Russell.

40$+tax for the 8 week session (50$+ tax for non residents)
What you will need for class:
- comfy work out clothes
- belly dance hip scarf (hip scarves available for you or you can purchase one in class)
- bottle of water
- shoes are optional (recommended if you need support - you know your body). Belly dance is traditionally danced barefoot and therefore you are welcome to be barefoot 🦶
