Sports and Fitness Massage Therapy is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on the treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and physical activity. It involves the application of deep tissue massage and other therapeutic techniques to promote healing, relieve pain, and improve mobility. In this interactive hands-on BASIC Introductory class, you will learn:

3. Benefits & Contraindications
4. Specific techniques for basic training
Please wear comfortable flexible clothing.
Certificates of completion will be issued at the end of the class. Please use the name you want on your certificate when you register.
You Do NOT need to bring a table, we have plenty!
CEs good for Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapists – CEs approved by the Pa State Board for Massage Therapy. This class will be with current massage students at the WIofCC, however only licensed massage therapists will earn continuing education credits.
