About this Event
Mocktails & Menopause is an intimate, educational community event designed to create space for honest conversation, evidence-based learning, and shared experience around midlife women’s health. The afternoon will begin with a screening of The M Factor, a documentary exploring the physical, emotional, and social realities of perimenopause and menopause. Following the film, attendees will hear from a panel of physicians and a patient advocate who will discuss what’s happening in the body, common symptoms, gaps in care, and practical tools for navigating this transition.
This event is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free — whether you’re just starting to notice changes, already navigating symptoms, supporting a partner or loved one, or simply want to learn more. Enjoy delicious mocktails, thoughtful discussion, and the opportunity to connect with others who are seeking clarity, validation, and better information about menopause.
Mocktails & Menopause is hosted by the (WHRAC), a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing research and community-centered programming for under-researched women’s health issues.
