Guided by , a global somatic movement and wellness expert with 41 years of professional experience, you’ll explore techniques that empower your body to move efficiently, safely, and joyfully. Laura has trained professional dancers, acrobats, athletes, and recreational movers, bringing an unmatched depth of knowledge in functional fitness and performing arts to every session.

In this beginner-to-intermediate level workshop, you’ll learn how to:
