Mobility Workshop – Drop-In (Sept 30)
Join Pam Davidson at MYO Lab for a 3-part workshop series designed to help you move and feel better — whether you're an athlete, active adult, or just looking to feel and move better, this series is for you! Across the series, we’ll explore key areas like hips, shoulders, spine, and knees.
We’ll explore joint-specific training designed to:
- Improve mobility and range of motion
- Build strength and control through your full range
- Support injury mitigation and daily performance
