Mobility & Pilates by ISO Health Physical Therapy & Arrive Pilates
When two physical therapists and a Pilates teacher come together, you get a diverse and whole-body movement experience.
Join us for a special 60-minute Mobility & Pilates class kickig off the grand opening of our new shared space just across the street from the Brewery—home to ISO Health Physical Therapy, Arrive Pilates, and Sonder Pelvic Health & Wellness.
The first 40 minutes of class will be led by Logan Edwards, DPT and owner of ISO Health, followed by 20 minutes of mindful movement & Pilates core with Annie King of Arrive Pilates.
After class, stay for our celebration featuring food, drinks, coffee, crafts, and activities—including a make-your-own flower bouquet, create-your-own hat station, and a fun kids’ zone with face painting and balloons. Consider this our own little block party, with food from our neighbors Leroy's Bagels, coffee from SloHi Coffee, and beverages from Hogs Head Brewery.
Please RSVP and bring your own mat AND towel or blanket for added cushion. Please find free parking in the neighborhood or across the street in the parking garage.
