Disability friendly Tai Chi and Chi Kung sessions starting at Gosforth Civic Theatre. In partnership with KR Fitness CIC, who will also be there with strength training and an introduction to Boccia, Richard Neville Tai Chi will be delivering part of each session to those who want to have a go at Tai Chi, Chi Kung, or a Japanese exercise program called Tai-So!
Each session is £9 and can be paid on the day, but booking is essential.
