Mens Yoga with Rosie & GloriaWe are trailing this new class on Tuesday evenings (in January) 6.30 - 7.30pm and Friday mornings (in February) 10 - 11am.
Strength, flexibility and focus - all things we will develop in this class.
A gentle yoga flow class, designed for men of all ages. You do not need to be anything like 'flexible' 'athletic' to come to this class.
Yoga builds our functional strength, supporting joints, posture and everyday movement.
Over time practice will help flexibility and mobility and support long term physical resilience.
Beyond the physical - yoga is a powerful tool for focus and stress reduction.
This class will support you in building tools to regulate, strengthen and attune with your mind and body.
This class is led by experienced women yoga teachers who want to offer a space in which men can explore yoga.
