About this Event
Join us for a FREE 10-week moai focused on moving naturally. Bring your dogs and walk, roll, and stroll with us through West Jax. If you don’t have a pup, you are still welcome to come! This is an opportunity to hang with our canine friends while connecting with others.
Elders in Okinawa, Japan have moais (mow-eye), or social support groups, that start in childhood and extend into their 100s. The term moai originated hundreds of years ago as a means of a village’s support system.
Whether you're an avid walker or just getting started, this event is perfect for anyone interested in improving their well-being! Connect with fellow dog enthusiasts, meet with the Blue Zones Project Jacksonville team, and learn more about how movaing naturally can greatly enhance your physical and mental health.
