Get ready to sweat Mixy in SPENGA! Join us for this reoccuring event at SPENGA Montrose 243 Westheimer Rd Suite 100 for a lit fitness class. This in-person event is the perfect way to kick start your fitness journey or mix up your current routine. ALL fitness levels are welcome! An expert trainer will guide you through a high-intensity workout that combines spinning, strength training, and yoga. Don't miss out on the fun - sign up now!

Note: This class is open to everyone 21+. Feel free to come alone, or bring a friend or two. You might find your new gym partner or gym bae 👀
