Creative Calm: Mixed Media Mindfulness (ages 11+)
Slow down, breathe, and create with intention. Mixed Media Mindfulness is a monthly mindfulness-based journaling workshop designed for ages 11 and up. Through guided prompts, collage, and mixed media exploration, participants will focus on the process of creating — layering texture, color, and words — rather than producing a final product. No art experience required; just an open mind and a willingness to play, reflect, and express. Teens and adults welcomed.
