You will make your own dough, roll it rest it and shape it
I will show you step by step how easy it is to make fresh pasta. how to color it and make all kinds of different shapes, like ' Tortellini mostaccioli BOW TIES and more,
Yow will learn the difference between different flours and with or without eggs... Then you will make your ravioli in the ravioli maker included with the class... I will give everyone a piping bag full of ricotta cheese to fill these little pillows with.
So come get a little messy. This is a HANDS-ON CLASS
You will take home your fresh pasta and ravioli to cook or freeze/
I will supply a pan for you to take your pasta home. I will also have a pasta machine here to show how you can make pasta very fast. you can try it during class.
Cancellation policy no refunds you will have to pick up your ravioli maker and ingredients next day...

Your workshop registration does not include admission to the Canterbury event itself. If you would like to stay and enjoy the rest of the village after your class, simply visit the front gate to purchase admission for the day.
