Fashion lovers, stylists, and fashion service providers — this is your night! We’re coming together to get mixxy: to mix, mingle, shop, and give back.

Your ticket includes a complimentary espresso martini curated by Iris Coffee Lab, and during the event you’ll have access to small tattoos by Madelyn tattoos and tooth gems by Dreem Gemz for purchase.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to No Woman No Girl, and guests who bring feminine hygiene products for donation will receive 10% off their purchases during the event.

This is more than just a night out — it’s a curated experience filled with style, connection, and community.

EVENT WAIVER & LIABILITY AGREEMENT


IMPORTANT – LEGAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing, registering for, or attending Mix in the City | Looks That Serve @ Hellbent (“Event”), you (“Participant” or “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by this Event Waiver & Liability Agreement (“Waiver”).


1. Scope; Parties; Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Waiver applies to all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to: fashion activations, small tattoos, tooth gems, shopping experiences, alcohol service, workshops, and social gatherings.

The term Released Parties includes: Looks That Serve, Hellbent, their owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, photographers, tattoo artists, tooth gem providers, venue owners/operators, and each of their respective affiliates, insurers, and successors.


2. Electronic Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, RSVP, or attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept this Waiver electronically. Your registration or attendance constitutes binding consent as if you had signed a physical document.


3. Voluntary Participation; Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary. The Event may involve inherent risks including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, interaction with other attendees, exposure to alcohol, tattoos, tooth gems, crowd movement, equipment use, or communicable diseases (including COVID-19).

You knowingly assume all risks, including those arising from ordinary negligence of any Released Party.


4. Health & Medical Representations

You represent that you are physically able to participate. You will follow all instructions from Event staff, vendors, and venue personnel. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant/post-partum, you confirm you have received appropriate medical clearance.


5. Tattoos & Tooth Gems

Small tattoos and tooth gems are provided by independent vendors. Anyone interested in receiving a tattoo must complete the
You acknowledge the risks, including allergic reactions, infections, or adverse outcomes. Released Parties are not responsible for any such outcomes.


6. Alcohol, Substances & Age Restrictions

Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Alcohol is provided by licensed vendors. Attendees are responsible for their own consumption, behavior, and transportation. Organizers may refuse service or remove anyone acting intoxicated or disruptive.


7. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and agree not to sue any Released Party for claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Event, including ordinary negligence, personal injury, property damage, or illness.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising from your acts, omissions, violations of this Waiver, or violations of law or venue rules.


9. Personal Property

You are responsible for your belongings. Organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


10. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes.


11. Event Conduct & Safety

Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions. Organizers may remove anyone behaving disruptively, unsafely, or unlawfully without refund.


12. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior notice.


13. Health & Safety

You agree to follow all applicable public health guidelines. Do not attend if you are ill, symptomatic, or subject to quarantine/isolation requirements.


14. Minors

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must accept this Waiver on the minor’s behalf.


15. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the state where the Event takes place, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


16. Severability & Survival

If any part of this Waiver is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force.


17. Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if under 18)
  • Understand and accept this Waiver
  • Consent to all terms above

No signature is required; attendance constitutes full and binding acceptance.
