This conference will bring together international experts in mitochondrial biology, translational medicine, and biotechnology innovation. The event will showcase mitochondria research and medicine integrating patient lived experience and community groups. The two-day conference will feature keynote lectures, research presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and engagement between academia, industry and the patient communities.
This conference offers a unique opportunity for organizations working in biotechnology, pharmacology, metabolic health, diagnostics and therapeutics to engage with leading researchers and trainees to transform the field of mitochondrial medicine. Areas of discussion will include mitochondrial rare disease, and the role mitochondria play in neurodegenerative disease, neuropsychiatric disorders, metabolic disease, cancer, and mitochondria transplantation.
