Back in 1994, Moshi Moshi opened the doors to the UK's first conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and we are marking our 30th birthday with a series of guest chef nights.
The last in the Birthday guest chef series, and perhaps the most poignant. Moshi Moshi took Bluefin tuna off the menu back in 1997, around the same time the first Mission Impossible was filmed at Liverpool Street station. Since then, conservation efforts around Europe to preserve the Bluefin have paid off, and in 2023 the Bluefin fishery was cautiously opened in the UK. Chef Koj has curated a 7 course dinner around the magnificent Bluefin, which, if all goes to plan, will be caught off the coast at Dartmouth. How's that for Mission Possible!
