About this Event
If you are caring for someone with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including autism, we invite you to join us for a mini-retreat. This is your time to connect with other caregivers and learn about simple, yet effective ways to de-stress.
This event is free to attend. Registration is required. Lunch and snacks will be served.
Activities include:
- Gratitude wall
- Reflexology
- Chair Yoga
- Meditation
- Journaling
- Group Discussion, and more.
Childcare is not provided, but you are welcome to have your family join you for this event.

Important Parking Information:
If you are driving to the building, please use the following address for GPS directions to take you to the back entrance and visitors lot, as the front of the building is under construction:

You will drive past the entrance on Schuylkill Ave and enter the parking lot at the gate at the end, taking a ticket. Parking vouchers for free parking will be available with your online registration, but you will need your original ticket in order to exit the lot. When you enter the building at B-level, you will take the elevators up to the first floor and go to the right toward the registration tables.
