Mindfulness, Magic & Self-Discovery for Children
Ages 4–11 | 1-Hour Session
(Under 4s are welcome to attend with an adult)
What is Mini Moon Club?
Mini Moon Club is a gentle, joyful hour of calm created just for children aged 4–11. Through mindful play and peaceful practices, your child will explore tools that help them understand their feelings and connect with themselves in a kind, supportive way.
Each session includes:
- Mindfulness games & breathing techniques
- Positive affirmations & confidence building
- Guided meditation and imagination journeys
- A gentle sound bath with instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes & ocean drums
- A nurturing space to rest, reflect and reconnect
- Children welcome to bring their home comforts eg blanket
Parents/carers: You’re welcome to stay with your child or drop off, whatever works best for your little one.

Let’s raise calm, confident, connected children, one moon cycle at a time.
Sessions will run roughly every two weeks, aligning with the rhythms of the new and full moons—sometimes landing on different days to follow the magic of the lunar cycle.
About Olivia
Liv is a holistic practitioner, conscious parent, and creative guide. She supports children and adults through gentle healing experiences using sound, energy work, and mindfulness. As a home-educating mum and founder of a children’s drama school, Liv brings her love of calm, playful connection to Mini Moon Club, offering little ones a space to pause, breathe, and shine.
