🚗🏔 MINIs in the Mountains — Highwood Pass Run📍 Meet Location: Westhills Shopping Centre

🕙 10:00 a.m.
Join the MINI Club of Calgary for one of our signature summer drives as we cruise through Kananaskis Country to Highwood Pass—the highest paved road in Canada.
This event is all about scenic roads, mountain views, great driving, and spending the day with fellow MINI enthusiasts. Expect sweeping curves, alpine scenery, photo stops, and one of the best driving routes Alberta has to offer.
Event Schedule
🚗 10:00 a.m. – Meet-Up at Westhills Shopping Centre
Meet near the theatre parking area for check-in, route overview, and club photos before departure.
🛣 10:30 a.m. – Departure
We’ll head west toward Highway 40 and begin the scenic drive through Kananaskis Country.
⛽ Midway Stop – Kananaskis / Longview Area
Quick regroup and fuel/snack stop before continuing deeper into the mountains.
🏔 12:00 p.m. – Arrival at Highwood Pass
We’ll park, take group photos, enjoy the scenery, and spend time exploring the area and viewpoints.
🥪 12:30 p.m. – Picnic & Social Time
Bring your own lunch, snacks, chairs, or blanket and enjoy a relaxed afternoon in the mountains with the club.
📸 1:30 p.m. – Photos & Social
More time for photos, hanging out, and admiring the MINI lineup against the mountain backdrop.
🚘 2:30 p.m. – Return Drive to Calgary
We’ll regroup and begin the cruise back toward Calgary.
What to Bring

🪑 Folding chair or blanket OPTIONAL
🧥 Layers or jacket for mountain weather
📸 Camera or phone for photos
☀️ Sunscreen and sunglasses
