Join me at The Vines at The Peacock, Peterborough for an evening focused on understanding stress, anxiety and how your mind responds to it.
I’m Aishling Doyle, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist specialising in stress and resilience, and I’ll be guiding you through a 45 to 50 minute session designed to help you better understand your mind and begin to change how it responds.
You’ll gain a clear understanding of how your mind and body are wired under stress, along with simple, practical tools you can begin using straight away.
You’ll also experience a short guided exercise designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded and more in control.
