This Mindset Lab explores the science behind meditation and how it supports mental , physical, and emotional well-being. We’ll break down common myths, introduce a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques, and share simple, evidence-informed tools to help you pause, reset, and feel more grounded no prior experience required.
This session is designed to be approachable, practical, and welcoming to everyone.

Hosted by: Think Positive Club is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing
accessible, preventative mental health education through
community workshops, research-informed tools, and inclusive
wellness experiences. Our goal: make mental health tools
