Join us for an intentional and faith-centered gathering designed to help you honor God by caring for your mind. The Mindfulness Mixer & Panel Discussion is a sacred space to slow down, reflect, and realign—because how we steward our mental and emotional health is an act of worship.

As part of the Wellness Is Worship series, we invite you to step away from the noise and into God’s presence. Through meaningful conversation, community connection, and a guided panel discussion, we’ll explore how mindfulness, rest, and mental clarity allow us to better hear God, walk in obedience, and care for the temple He has entrusted to us.

Our panelists of mental health professionals and long-time advocates will share biblical perspective, personal testimony, and practical tools for managing stress, renewing the mind, and creating rhythms that invite peace rather than pressure. This is not about perfection—it’s about presence, surrender, and stewardship.

We’ll close the afternoon with a moment to selah—a time of prayer, stillness, and intention—inviting the Holy Spirit to affirm what has been planted and committing our minds back to God.
