This course is open to anyone with a passion for mindfulness and meditation, whether you're a medical / health professional, educator, yoga instructor, parent or simply an individual seeking personal and professional growth. As this training assumes, and builds on, the theoretical knowledge and meditation practices taught in our Learn to Meditate course, completion of this is a prerequisite.
