Mindfulness Meditation at Nalu Kava Lounge
Join Meditation Teacher Jack Davis every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month for a donation-based mindfulness meditation practice in the warm, welcoming space of Nalu Kava Lounge.
What to Expect
This is a guided mindfulness meditation. You will be introduced to the practice and led step-by-step. The meditation practice anchors your attention to the breath — one of the most accessible and powerful tools for grounding.
As thoughts arise, you’ll learn to notice them without judgment and gently return to your breathing. This simple repetition strengthens awareness, steadiness, and your capacity to respond — rather than react — to life’s challenges.
Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome.
