About this Event
Life's ups and downs can sometimes leave us feeling frayed and frantic. Mindfulness can help us build inner resources to handle stress and worries - as well as to appreciate life.
This practical eight week course is ideal for those new to mindfulness as well as anyone wanting to refresh their practice. Themes include settling the scattered mind, cultivating kindness and relating differently to thoughts.
Each week we will explore what it means to be mindful through a range of practices and reflection.
Course dates are: April 28, May 5, May 12, May 26, June 2, June 9, June 16 and June 23. Please note - the first session is 6.30pm - 8.30pm with all other sessions .

Pip Bellis is a local mindfulness and yoga practitioner of many years standing. She trained with Clear Mind International as well as Oxford Mindfulness Centre and the Mindfulness Association. She has a daily practice and attends retreats annually. Pip loves to help people connect more with their body and is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
