About this Event

Mindfulness & Writing ๑ Restorative 6-Week Program to Discover the Healing Powers of Writing

Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious about the future, or stuck in the past, thinking over and over about painful events that you've experienced and unable to move on with your life?

Or do you wish to gain more profound clarity and understanding about a specific issue or phase in your life?

If some of this rings true, then this workshop is for you!

Through my expert guidance and in the safe and supportive environment of a small, intimate, and interactive group, you'll journey deeply inward to explore, process, and release the obstacles limiting your ability to experience overall life satisfaction.

I'll guide you through powerful mindfulness techniques and a progression of therapeutic writing forms based on proven research in the field of writing and wellness. These forms include expressive writing, poetic writing, storytelling, transactional writing, manifestation writing, and legacy writing, which will help you overcome traumas and emotional challenges that keep you from living in alignment with your highest good.

You will feel more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected, and free at the end of the six-week transformative workshop.

Free to be authentically you.

Free to come to greater inner peace.

And free to come to terms with your story, regardless of what you may have experienced.

No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop; you only need the willingness to journey deeply inward and connect with an intimate group of like-minded individuals in a safe and supportive space.

DATES: October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and November 2nd, 9th.

Refund Policy: Please be advised that I don’t offer refunds for canceled bookings. This policy ensures the sustainability of my small-group-size programs. However, if you cancel your booking, you won't get your money back, but you can use it to book another workshop at your convenience at no extra cost. Note that I offer this six-week workshop regularly throughout the year.

Please get in touch with me to arrange this.

My Workshops are not Substitutes for Medical Advice, Evaluation, or Treatment.

Individuals with ongoing severe mental health issues or those who have recently experienced a traumatic event may find these workshops to be unsuitable due to their deeply emotional nature which may trigger undesired effects. In such cases, seeking guidance from a qualified mental health professional is strongly recommended before enrolling in the workshops. This ensures you receive the appropriate care, avoiding unwanted side effects and disrupting other participants' restorative journeys.

By booking this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree with the above statement.
