MINDFULNESS & LUCID DREAMING – A WORKSHOP IN MONTREAL – THURSDAY NIGHT, NOVEMBER 7
Would you like to bring more lucidity, awareness, consciousness, into your dreams?
We spend about 1/3 part of our lives dreaming, usually, being completely «switched off», unconscious.
Can we become MORE AWARE during the time of sleep? Can we become MORE AWAKE during our daily lives?

This will be an exploration of lucidity in the world of dreams! This is a very interesting and a rarely taught in depth topic.

We will work with a powerful combination of proven-to-work methods for lucid dreaming:

Increase your lucidity – make your dreams more vivid and meaningful – realize that you are are dreaming – aim for a wide awake conscious state of perception.
Use the time of sleep for both deep rest and incredible learning. Live life fully, mindfully.

TIME: 19:30, please be punctual.
Better come a bit earlier, especially if you are new to the area!
DURATION: approximately 2 hours.
MEETING PLACE: 7835 rue des Érables, this is a community center inside Nicolas-Tillemont park (le chalet du parc).
The closest metro station is D'Iberville; if you drive, it should be relatively easy to find a parking space around the park.
PRICE: FREE (donations accepted, they help a lot, but are not obligatory).
