Each Monday we gather to explore what it means to live with more awareness, steadiness, and care in everyday life.
We begin with a short reflection to frame the week’s theme.
We sit for an accessible guided meditation.
Then we open the space for real conversation.
No experience required.
No perfect words needed.
You’re welcome to share, or simply listen.
This isn’t a place to perform. It’s a place to be human.
Many people find the most meaningful moment is realizing they’re not alone in what they’re thinking or feeling.
What We Practice

Weekly Scholarship Seat
Each week, one seat is offered as a complimentary scholarship for someone who feels drawn to explore mindfulness and meditation and wants to discover what this community is about.
A scholarship ticket will be available on Eventbrite for that week’s session.
If you choose to continue at the regular rate, you’re warmly welcome. The scholarship seat is supported by our regular members, who value keeping this space accessible to those who are curious and ready to explore.
