MINDFUL YIN YOGA – a 90-minute mindful and meditative, slow paced style of yoga with longer held poses and breath work. We gently stress the connective tissues, all while going deep into the mind to settle any unnecessary chatter. Every practice ends with a guided mindfulness meditation or yoga nidra (deep relaxation).Through the release of unwanted tension, we create balance and overall wellbeing in the body, mind, and spirit. A perfect balance to our fast-paced Yang lives and suitable for beginners or experienced yogis alike.
