Mindfulness is a conscious observance of the present moment, without judgement. It helps us become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations in our mind and body. Dress comfy and bring a journal or something to write in. Come solo or bring a friend. This event is open to all. Pen and paper will be provided.
