Mindfulness is a conscious observance of the present moment, without judgement. It helps us become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations in our mind and body. If you're in need of some extra self-care, grab a cup of tea and join us on World Meditation Day, 5/21, from 6:30p-7:30p at Peddler Coffee for a Mindful Reset workshop.
Dress comfy and bring a journal or something to write in. Come solo or bring a friend. This event is open to all. Pen and paper will be provided.
