Mindful painting helped me do just that. Although we work with a representative picture (in this case a picture of town in Greece) Lisa offered prompts and suggestions that encouraged me to get in the flow of painting. I chose to focus on color, transparency, and negative space and this helped me leave my busy thoughts behind and fully occupy my creative happy place.

Although I didn't have any goal other than having fun, I came up with some cool ideas to explore in future works.
