Welcome to Mindful Movements:Yoga
Join us at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub for a rejuvenating yoga session on Wednesday, October 22 at 7:00–7:45 a.m. and 8:00–8:45 a.m.
Whether you're training for your next race or simply looking to reduce tension and improve mobility, this recovery-focused class offers a calming, supportive environment to reset both body and mind. Expect gentle movement, focused breathing, and guided stretches that promote relaxation, recovery, and injury prevention.
Yoga mats are available for loan, but we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat. Water and sanitary wipes will be provided. Please bring your own towels.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class time for check-in.
