What you'll experience:

- Sound Bath – immersive sounds and vibrations of Tibetan bowls, allowing body and mind to rest deeply

Manuela Jones is internationally certified in Mindfulness, Breathwork and Sound Healing, and supports people in navigating stress, anxiety and restlessness mind through holistic and accessible practices.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a shawl if you need to cover yourself during sound bath.
