Welcome to Mindful Moments: Recharge, Refocus, and Thrive! Join us on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 3:00PM for a day of rejuvenation and growth at UT School of Public Health San Antonio.
The public health workforce is driven by compassion and care, with Public Health practitioners often hailing from the very communities they serve, making them deeply invested in the wellbeing of those communities. The act of caring for others in Public Health underscores the importance of self-awareness and self-care.
We invite the UT Health San Antonio community to a research and practice showcase that highlights how public health fosters community investment and care through authentic partnerships with organizations and residents. The UT Health San Antonio Student Counseling Center will guide UT Health San Antonio students and trainees of all levels through a mindfulness activity.
