We warmly welcome you to join us for Mindful Memoirs - a monthly gathering where we come together as a community to have open and respectful conversations about mental health. Unlike traditional support groups, we don't have set topics - this allows for a more organic conversation that is based on the interests and concerns of the participants. The Mind Field, Inc. will be there to facilitate the conversation and ensure that it remains respectful and productive. Our top priority is creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences without fear of judgment or stigma.
