🌿 After School Mindful Litter Pick

Join us for a gentle After School Mindful Litter Pick for women and children, a chance to get outdoors, take a breath, and care for our local space together.
This is not about rushing or filling bags quickly. It is about pausing, noticing, and doing a small good thing together 💚
We will take a short, relaxed walk, collecting litter as we go, with time to notice nature, chat if you want to, or simply enjoy being outside.
This session is welcoming and low pressure, with children attending alongside a parent or carer.

• Gentle pace, no pressure
• Mindful litter picking along the route
• Time to pause and notice nature
🧤 Equipment
Litter pickers and bags will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
💚 Good to know
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please wear suitable clothing and footwear
• The session will go ahead in most weather
Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
Come as you are, take what you need from the space, and leave having made a small difference 💚
