Swap your evening happy hour plans with a relaxing, soothing hour of yoga every Tuesday with Mindful Flow Yoga!
This in-person weekly yoga class for all levels will slow down your body, mind and breath by blending Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga sequences. Classes will also include traditional prāṇāyāma (breath work) techniques, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.
Prioritize comfortability and come in your comfiest clothes to help you unwind.
Yoga mats, blocks, water refill station, changing rooms, lockers, and showers are available on-site.
