About this Event
The holidays bring joy, traditions, and festive foods — but they can also bring stress, confusion, and pressure around eating. Do you ever find yourself:
Unsure if you’re truly hungry or just stressed?
Eating to cope with emotions, then feeling out of balance?
Struggling to enjoy holiday foods without overthinking or judgment?
This 1.5-hour workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body and enjoy the season with more peace and satisfaction. Through mindfulness practices, reflection, and guided meditation, you’ll learn how to:
- Tell the difference between emotional and physical hunger
- Listen to your body’s cues for hunger and fullness
- Eat for pleasure and satisfaction, without stress
- Trust yourself to enjoy the holidays without overindulging
Give yourself the gift of calm, clarity, and self-compassion this holiday season.
