Mindful Collage Workshop

Join us at The Briggait in Glasgow for a mindful collage workshop as we welcome spring. You will be guided through a series a mindful exercises and prompts to create a series of playful collages using colourful paper stocks. You will also be invited to gather your own textures using the technique of frottage. All materials will be provided, you will learn collage and compositions techniques , and you will leave feeling relaxed, with your unique artworks.

This event is for anyone ages 18+ interested in exploring collage, art and nature in a relaxing and welcoming environment. This workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience and skills are necessary.

Monthly workshops hosted by Concrete Nature on Wednesday evenings and Sundays Between Glasgow and Edinburgh to nurture your creativity off-screen and connect with fellow creatives.

All materials will be provided, however we recommend you bring a tote bag or shopping bag big enough to fit A4 size artworks to keep your artwork safe when you leave the workshop and make your way home.

There is on street parking around the venue, and and NCP car park on King Street. There is a bike storage inside the venue. The closest subway station is St Enoch and the closest train station is Argyle Street.

The workshop will be taking place in Meeting Room 2. The venue is fully accessible.

Tickets will only be refundable up to 7 days prior to the event taking place. Tickets are non-exchangeable. Please note Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable.
