About this Event
May 19 @ 2:00 pm
Did you know ancient civilizations called cacao the "Food of the Gods"?
Surprising, right? It's all because of its nutritious qualities, antioxidants, and theobromine, which affects our blood flow and can help with stress reduction, creativity, or self-discovery.
For me, as a Psychologist and Researcher, it wasn't intuitive to turn to indigenous traditions for healing. But now I recommend cacao ceremonies to my clients as it's a space for self-expression, intention setting, opening up to answers, and processing stuck or forgotten emotions.
And I want to open this space to you too. Join me to connect with yourself in a gentle cacao ceremony space - your break from daily life.
This time our topic will be recharging and bringing back all the internal resources to manifest what we wish for in out lives.
Imagine yourself in a cosy space with lovely people, a space of non-judgment and trust, the warming smell of cacao, the beauty of candlelight, and calming music. And you are a part of this modern-day tribe on a journey of self-discovery.
Come with whatever is alive in you. Come as you are. And enjoy cacao to:
- Reduce stress and unlock creativity
- Connect with your inner wisdom and emotions
- Set intentions and receive guidance

- We will prepare cacao and our common altar with flowers and meaningful objects.
- Set our intentions for the practice with a heartwarming Cacao Ceremony.
- Activate a meditative state and dive into a singing practice and visualization.
- In the end, I will offer space for reflection, journaling, drawing, and working with metaphorical cards.
- We will also share some vegan snacks.
What to bring along: Dress comfortably and bring a journal and pen, your favourite meditation cushion (I have some spare ones) and a blanket. Grab a water bottle and some objects that are meaningful or dear to you.
