Mindful Art and Meditation Workshop

Looking for a way to relax and connect with yourself and your creative side?

Then join us on Friday 17th May for our Mindful Art and Meditation Workshop at our new venue in Hammersmith! We'll start an introduction to each other in a peaceful Missionworks Hanging Gardens space with lots of greenery and a lovely atmosphere.

ABOUT US:

Lina is a Mind Wellness and Meditation Coach who takes a holistic approach to mental wellbeing and focuses on the individual as a whole. Lina is using meditation and mindfulness as a holistic techniques to help people destress, recover from mental, emotional struggles and grow to reach their full potential - www.linasholisticcoaching.com

Denise is a London-based art therapist, abstract painter, author, and mindfulness practitioner. Her work is based on the two beliefs that everyone is creative and that creativity can lead to healing and transformation - www.denisesciclunaart.com

No experience required! We will have all the materials you need to create a masterpiece that you can take home with you.

This event is open to all ages, so bring your whole family and friends!
