Join Meg at the InterContinental Hotel for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Start your day with some mat Pilates focusing on connecting the mind, body and breath, followed by food provided by the InterContinental Hotel kitchen and an open chat on all things mental health and wellbeing.
