Throughout 2026, we’re manifesting calm, peace and zen with our new Mind, Body & Soul Sundays - a gorgeous monthly blend of stalls, workshops, talks, meditation, movement, healing, music and therapies… all set inside the peaceful beauty of The Monastery 💛Think: gentle movement, meditation, mindfulness, sound bath, circle dance, ecstatic dance, family yoga, healing sessions, the mystical labyrinth, New Vision Therapy and more - a whole day designed to help you breathe a little deeper and feel a little lighter.
You’ll also find a lovely selection of community stalls offering creativity, support and handmade treasures ✨
The Great Nave and surrounding spaces will be dedicated to restorative, calming practices from 10am–4pm - and yes, entry and parking are free. Some sessions are donation-based, while others can be pre-booked to secure your spot.
Our Welcome Café will be open all day too, so you can rest, reflect and enjoy a warm drink or snack between sessions ☕🍰
If you’re craving a gentler Sunday, a moment of clarity, a spark of inspiration, or just a beautiful place to breathe - this one’s for you.
