About this Event
Stress doesn’t just live in your thoughts. It settles into your body, your breath, and your reactions. This in-person series offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical ways to work with stress through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and meditation.
This in-person Mind–Body Stress Reduction series blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and meditation to help reduce stress, soften reactivity, and build compassion for yourself right where you are. Stress doesn’t just live in the mind. It lives in the body too.
This is not a rigid program or a one-size-fits-all formula. It’s a supportive, layered approach shaped by years of study and real-life practice. No prior experience is needed. You’re welcome just as you are.

A Gentle Note
This series is intended for general stress reduction and wellbeing. It may not be the right fit if you’re currently navigating complex trauma, early substance use recovery, or severe mental health challenges.
