MINA is a tango choreographic proposal, where you have the opportunity to express yourself, improve your individual technique, gain confidence in your dance and shine on stage.
Our Study Program is a 5 month class in a closed group for all female dance enthusiasts of all levels to deepen the subject of Tango Technique and choreography.

- Face-to-face and virtual classes.
- From June to October.
- 2 hours of training per week.

CLASS PART I (20 A 21 hs)
- TECHNIQUE AND FOUNDATIONS:
After a brief warm-up, we will focus on building a solid foundation of individual follower technique. We will learn how to organize our body for a more comfortable and dynamic dance, and the most important skills to express ourselves in different qualities, whether in the milonga or on stage. Ochos, turns, embellishments, boleos and walking. We will focus especially on the music and the surrounding space, the interpretation and the artistic expression of tango.
CLASS PART II (21 A 22)
- CHOREOGRAPHY
In this second part we will learn a choreography that will allow us to put into practice everything we have learned, in addition to working on our artistic expression and stage management. At the end of the program there will be a group exhibition of the work done, with costumes and make-up, like real tango stars.
(The performance is not mandatory)

ABOUT NATASHA AND CELESTE:
NATASHA BARBARÁ:
Born in Argentina, 2002 she started her training in Ballet and Contemporary Dance and in 2004 she started her training in Tango, leading her to her current professional carrer as a dancer and teacher of Argentine Tango.
She accompanied her training with Body Expression, Theatre and Integral Yoga.
Since 2015 he has been musicalizing milongas in Argentina, developing a particular sensitivity for the dancers on the dance floor, preserving in the selection of her tandas the taste for tradition, composers and orchestras that bring to tango a renewed sound without losing authenticit
CELESTE RODRIGUEZ:
I am a dancer, tango teacher and milonguera, born in Buenos Aires. I started dancing tango in 2005 as a game and quickly tango became a way of life. In 2009 I decided to dedicate myself professionally to this dance and started teaching in 2012.
I graduated as a tango dance instructor in 2013 at CETBA (Centro Educativo de Tango de Buenos Aires), and I have a degree in Dance Pedagogy in Germany. In my 17 years with tango I have had the opportunity to take classes with masters of traditional tango, tango nuevo and queer tango so I manage both roles; and although my personal search is for a more traditional style, I use elements of all styles when teaching my classes.
I have successfully organized milongas both in Buenos Aires and Berlin, among them La Domilonga Tango Club, which I organized simultaneously in both cities between 2012 and 2020.
Since 2018 I have been living in Berlin, where I teach tango at the Tangotanzen macht Schön school, and I often travel to Buenos Aires to continue my training, both for work and for love of my roots.
